Ankiety dotyczące zajęć dydaktycznych
Po zakończonych zajęciach z danego przedmiotu w portalu eUczelnia.ug.edu.pl możecie znaleźć ankiety, w których możecie ocenić przeprowadzone zajęcia. Wśród pytań znajdziecie np. takie o punktualność wykładowcy czy o zgodność zajęć z sylabusem. W ankiecie możecie również przekazać własne sugestie. Samo uzupełnienie zajmuje kilka minut, a może dać feedback wykładowcom, ale również zwrócić uwagę na nieprawidłowości.
Anonimowość
Ankiety są jedyną anonimową możliwością oceny zajęć. Wiele osób wątpi czy tak naprawdę jest – uspokajamy Was i poniżej prezentujemy przykładowy raport. Jak widać – wszystko jest anonimowe i nikt nie ma możliwości zidentyfikowania osób uzupełniających ankiety 😊
Wyniki
Po zakończonych ocenach zajęć dydaktycznych Dyrektorzy Instytutów lub Katedr otrzymują raporty dotyczące danych wykładowców. To na podstawie ankiet pracownicy mogą być rozliczani ze sposobu prowadzenia zajęć. Również te dane są wykorzystywane do potencjalnego docenienia.

SURVEYS EVALUATING CLASSES
After completing classes in each subject, you can find surveys on the eUczelnia.ug.edu.pl portal, in which you can evaluate the conducted classes. Questions include, for example, the lecturer’s punctuality or whether the classes comply with the syllabus. You can also submit your own suggestions in the survey. The completion itself takes a few minutes and can provide feedback to lecturers but also draw attention to any irregularities.
- Anonymity
Surveys are the only way to evaluate classes anonymously. Many people doubt whether this is really the case – we reassure you and present a sample report below. As you can see – everything is anonymous, and no one can identify people who fill out surveys 😊
- Results
After the evaluation process is completed, Directors of Institutes or Departments receive reports regarding each lecturer. Employees can be held accountable for the way they conduct classes based on the survey’s results.
